HELP! My serial# no longer works

I upgraded to a new PC earlier this week, and when I tried to re-activate my copy of GSC2013, it tells me that my serial# is invalid. I've since tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and sent an email but have not heard back. Could someone at Reiza please contact me ASAP regarding this issue? GSC is my favorite sim and I miss it

Who knows how it may pan out, but the same happened to me with gsc2012 and i never heard back!!!
