help understand where to imstall

need help installing this is what they said to me
open the assettocorsa folder and then when it says system and such drag those folders into the assetto corsa folder do i just grab the file they sending me and just drop it or have to put everything manuel

its a filter is say put in the asseto folder when i go thwere theres a bunch of files i dont know if i just drop it in or put it in the pp filter

PP filters go in: K:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg\ppfilters
