Help! Wasps!

I've managed to kill the wasps in the RSC Ruscko, HOWEVER, I cant push the MANSION into LAKE PERAJARVI. The fire extinguisher isn't working either. Is there any other way? Please, I need the stock wheels and I REALLY cant stand the death song.
