Help with sim rig tech issues. Need a tech in Denver area to have a look

Hi guys, we set up a sim rig for my girlfriends father in Denver and he’s done something with the settings and now it’s not loading correctly. I’m in Florida so we need a person in the Denver area who could help him out. He’s only running AMS2 so it can’t be that hard to sort out.
any help finding a person in the Denver area would be greatly appreciated

I'm about 4000 miles away so can't really pop round to help I'm afraid. But if you say what the exact set up he has is and what seems to be the problem then I'm sure someone might be able to help give an idea for how you can fix it.
