F1 2010 Help with updates - tutorial

I have just bought the F1 2010 and I would like to know if there is available any tutorial to update the original game

In what way? Do you mean the patch? Or do you mean mods?

I am an advanced GP4 user with a very good understanding of MOD and updates but I would like to try the F1 2010 by Codemaster . I have some questions .
Are there available tools to play without CD, gpxdata, gp4patch etc , I mean to improve the game itself before install the MODs.

forget about gpxdata and gp4patch kinda things mate, and of course also about csm too.. I am new here too but as far as I get everything is copy and paste which is absolutely great
