Heusinkveld pro pedal clutch question

just wondering if anyone who has a pro pedal set can confirm that the clutch has a small amount of play compared to the brake and accelerator, I've had the 2 pedals for half a year and still they feel rock solid with near no play in the construction, I just recieved the clutch upgrade and it has a small amount of movement left and right and also when coming back up it feels and sounds a lot more "rattly" than the other two pedals.
Is this normal?
