Hello to all RaceDepartment members,
a pleasure to join the club and to present myself: I'm Philippe, aged 57, living in French-speaking part of Switzerland and brand new to Assetto Corsa, benefiting from the winter offers from Steam. I intend to use AC with my VR HP Reverb G2 device as it delivers a stunning and immersive experience of race cars driving.
I especially like 70's Le Mans machines ( you surely know the iconic 917K Gulf n°20 ...) and also 1982 FormulaOne (the dramatic year of the final fight between atmos and turbos). Having found my dreams on AC, I explore further the wonderful world of AC through the extensive information source that RaceDepartment represents. Hoping all the best to this excellent Website, I wish also to all its participants a merry Christmas and happy new year !
