High-Res Sidekick Extended Skin

Pretty much self-explanatory. It's a much higher resolution skin for the sidekick app that looks a lot cleaner/sharper at higher resolutions. No more low-res corners and blurry lines!

Note: This is only for the two-line version of the Sidekick Extended app that shows extra information such as weather, wind, etc. The original low-res skin will show if you use the single-line version.
