I originally wanted to put Bridgestone logos on the tires, but the textures are mirrored on one side, so I went with whitewalls

If you want to re-implement the Bridgestone tyres, there is a workaround/fix for the texture mirroring via the Custom Shaders Patch.

How do you do that? And does that work on per-skin basis with some config file or do you have to do it client side?

What you need to do is create a copy of the tyres' main and NM textures and mirror them horizontally, then create an ext_config.ini file which assigns the mirrored tyre textures onto the problem side.

Here is an example with @Hoksu's F1 2020 Skinpack for the Pessio Porknose's tyres so you can get an idea of what to do. Make sure you name the mirrored tyre textures and the config INI's targeted files match the spellings.

Glad to oblige a fellow modder on Race Department, but be sure to add to the description of the mod that CSP is required for the Bridgestone tyres to be skinned properly on both sides.
