F1 2016 How can I choose the sets of tyres for the weekend?

I only got it at my first ever career race to choose between the 3 options but never got it back the option. I chose balanced at my first career race and its always giving balanced for every weekend

You can choose it on the 'loading screen meny' before the race weekend start when you click next weekend. Then its the option on the top ''Choose weekend tyre allocation'' or something like that.
