I think its using forum titles like (How can I get...) that makes things so hard to search for!

Is your game patched to 1.01? DX9 or DX11?

If you are DX9 and unpatched, I suggest doing the following. Ive also included the method for getting rid of the pixilated raindrops on the screen which most encounter post patch.
(backing up relevant files first of course)

1 forcing DX9 (edit false to true) in the Hardware Settings xml in My Docs.
2 copy the file in your F1 'postprocess' folder and put somewhere safe. (this is to fix the camera raindrops)
3 Install the 1.01 patch.
4 follow the puddle/race line fix here - http://community.codemasters.com/forum/f1-2010-game-1316/443349-fix-puddle-disappearing.html
5 return the original 'Postprocess' .pssg file (you copied in step 2) back into the F1 game folder.

If your game is already patched to 1.01, then you dont want step 2 as this file is already updated, instead, at step five, you will have to get the original postprocess from the Mods section on the forum.

Im sure I will be corrected if I am wrong, but those are pretty much the steps I followed and my game seems fine.

The puddle fix worked for me, and I am not even using DX11.

Just try the CM fix and then the postprocess file if your raindrops look all pixilated.
