I'm working on a hillclimb car and I wanted to test it, so before i did, i clicked align with data to see what the wheels would look like, and they do this.
The main problem I see is that you have scaled or moved the wrong objects. The WHEEL_LF WHEEL_RF etc. objects need to have no scaling on them and be at the centre of the mesh. If you want to change sizes you have to change the mesh.
