how do you download mods

hi all so i have downloaed mods from the workshop but never from this site, how do i go about downloading mods, i click download no but then after that i dont know what to do, help would be gratly appreciated

Once the mod is downloaded, then extract the .rfcmp if it is in a .zip or similar format. When you have the .rfcmp, you put that file in your ...rFactor 2\Packages folder, launch rF2, and click on the packages icon

Then highlight the package you want to install (tip: sort by "Installed" column) and click on the Install button in the lower left.
