F1 2016 How to change car stats?

Is there any way that you can change the stats of the cars? I.e change the power of the engine.
Because I am making a season 3 modpack and I want to nerf the red bull's engine power because Red Bull will use audi engines, and the idea is to make red bull go through the same as what mclaren did.
Would love it if you could tell me if it's possible to change the stats of the car!

They already have been through the same as McLaren. Still are to some extent
