Just read on the main Forza forum, about video on forzamotorsport.net so I have made a step by step guide.
1. You need to take a photo and upload.
2. Then create the video (using the replay) you want to upload a max of 30 seconds.
3. Upload the video.
4. Go to http://www.forzamotorsport.net
5. Login if you not logged in.
6. Click My Forza top right.
7. Click View All for the Gallery
8. You will see a box on the right about large files, and at the bottom there is a download link, this should be the video. It is in .wmv format.
9. Once downloaded you may need to add .wmv to the end of filename, you can do this by using rename so for example it would look like this while renaming: Forza.wmv
You can only have 1 video on forzamotorsport.net at a time and it says it deletes it after 24hrs.
Once you downloaded it, you should be able to upload to youtube.com
If you don't do step 1 you don't get the view all, so are unable to see/download the video.
