How to License a PRO team as the only driver

Can I and (How do I)
1. License my team AND
2. License myself as the only driver for that team?
3. How do I pay in U.S. dollars (I only see option for Euros on Paypal)

Get a paypal account (its free to get and link it with ur own bank account) then just follow instructions on the main page. Click on get licence.!

If you want to do bank transfer is something I wouldn't recommend as it will add transfer cost most of the time from outside EU.

On the other hand you better do some laps on the FSR server first and decide for yourself if you can handle the mod and want to drive in this league.
