How to modify a car skin in a mod without a template ?

Hi, for personal use, I would like to change the liveries of cars in a mod to change the skins

But there is not the "driver" folder with .veh file and .dds files ...

Usually in the .veh file I find:
DefaultLivery="Cevert_10.dds"

but in this mod I do not have that info in the .veh files .... nothing pointing to ".dds" files

what can i do to find the .dds files with the skin to change ?
