How to set a default race start time?

Haiii...I'm currently working on Shomaru track. After added the fog effect, the track looks cool & real if i drive on it around 5:30am or 6:00pm. Pics....

So, if I set the RACE START TIME : Track Default (refer last pic) how make it go to 5:30am or 6:00pm automatically. Thanks...

I think it's in the GDB file, so you should set it to 17:30 or 18:00.
