General How to stifness the suspension? HELP PLEASE

Hello guys, I wonder if someone can help me...
I'm trying to adjust the suspension to one more stiff aka more hard suspension ready for track.
The car is a Mazda Miata Mk1... The suspension is too soft and then this happens:

Can someone help me to tweak the suspension? Another thing, it's possible to add more settings at the setup page? It only shows fuel, wheels, alignment, brakes but there is no suspension to tweak... Please I need help y want to do my dream car...

It is a road car. You can't change suspension settings on a road car.

I mean tweaking the suspension through suspension.ini and the other files of data folder

You have to change the Bumpstoprate and another value, which I'm not sure of, I'm not home. But it should be in the region of the Bumpstoprate, another value with approximately 20000.
