How to switch only between 2 cam views ingame?

2 questions please:

1) I only need to switch between 2 specific cam views ingame. I don't need the others.
How can you map that?

2) How can you change the order of the camera views?

Settings -> Custom Shaders Patch -> General patch settings -> allowed car cameras. Assuming you have CM and CSP installed of course.

No idea how to change the order, but also why you would need to do that if you only allow 2.
