How to turn off DRS completely for a track?

I have some mod tracks where DRS zones have not been defined (Oschersleben 2017, for example) . So if I use them with DRS-equipped cars, everywhere is a DRS zone. I'd rather just have DRS off for the whole track so that I can't use it nor can the AI.

Is there a way to turn off DRS for the whole track?

Create a drs_zones.ini (steal one from any other track) and modify it so that there is one incredibly short zone.

edit : this is actually how kunos does it for the tracks that dont have DRS like Vallelunga
