F1 2011 I can`t play online

Hi!
My problem is,when I go to a custom online race(I wait in lobby,session starts)and when I`m in the garage,just after the intro ended,I don`t press anything,but it quits the session.After it quits,I got the following message:

LOST CONNECTION
Lost connection to the session

Every time I want to play an online custom grand prix.What should I do?

open your ports mate, i don't know how on pc but sure there is a guide.
you will have restricted ports. its notorious for kicking ppl out of online. hope this helped!
