Hi all. I have assigned time acceleration to buttons on my wheel and to the keyboard and none of them work. I also tried Ctrl X and that doesn't work either. Please help and thank you.
You can assign it to a single key. I use ' as I think that is what it was in rFactor 1 originally, and I got used to it.time is a macro keypress isn't it? Can your wheel reproduce multiple keypresses?
Hi Dave. I'm sorry I don't know what that means. I don't remember if "time acceleration' was originally assigned to a key if that is what you mean.time is a macro keypress isn't it? Can your wheel reproduce multiple keypresses?
Thanks for the reply. I will try that. For it to work on my Button Box I have to use 'Joy2Key', for some reason it won't bind on its own.

Thanks Marc and all others, I had to bind it to Ctlr X and it worked.Bind it in game as default ctrl X, then in Joy2key same ctrl X.
I know I am a novice but I also can't get the Track map to work. I have the "TrackIR_rF2_Plugin.dll" set 'ON' in options but it doesn't work/appear in the game.
Thanks MarcG again for your response. Does this mean I cannot get a track map at all?Anything that writes to the screen won't work in DX11 RF2 currently.
Thanks guy

Again sorry for the ignorance and thanks for the reply.TrackIR is not related to trackmap at all, it is Facetracking/IR-related.
I'm not sure if a modder has done anything so can't say for sure, but generally old plug ins no longer work that write to the screen, maybe a modder has made an Overlay of some kind but I don't use anything like that personally (VR user).
if you use a program like Simhub, that displays information on your phone or tablet, you can place the trackmap they have on whatever small screen you have available. .
Simhub can also be used as an overlay on your main screen (but then you need to play rF2 in window or borderless mode, causing a small fps drop).
As far as I know it is the only way to get a track map and infos on screen since the game went Dx11; the new UI is suppose to change all that, in the meantime we have to be patient...
