I need a some help with port forward (D link router)

I have a d link router and i cant make a tcp 9600 and a unp 9600 cause it says "The different rules could not set the same public port" I somebody know how i can fix that or is my router the only one that cant port forward a asseto corsa server?

Working fine with my D-Link 850L.
