Are you running on Steam or the offline version?

if i use a offline version i cant use mods

me pasa lo mismo instalo al pie de la letra y no me aparecen los autos ni en filtro ni menu de seleccion a que se debe no encuentro solucion las pistas si se instalan a la perfeccion pero auos ni uno
