F1 2010 Is Mercedes a good car to drive?

Hi everyone...
I'm playing 5 years career, won my first season WDC with Scuderia Toro Rosso, currently in 8th race of the 2nd season, still with Toro Rosso... I'm leading the championship now. Few teams have shown interest in me, including Red Bull and Mercedes GP. I am thinking of going to Red Bull next season, but i afraid i cannot keep my reputation high enough to stay in Red Bull after 1 season, so my second choice will be Mercedes GP.
Just want to ask... my Toro Rosso has good R&D for past 2 season, is Mercedes a better car to drive?
My second question: how much reputation i need to stay in Mercedes GP?

if your rep is high enough to get an offer from RBR then you should be safe enough but i would hope Mercedes is a better car or ill be very dissapointed as i am hoping to get a seat with them at some stage and your second question i dont know what your rep has to be to stay with mercedes it has to be over 25 anyway because thats what im on now
