Is there a full 2012 mod?

Hi guys.

For F1 2011 there was a 'full mod' which had all the HD content and updated stuff available for the game. Is there anything like this for F1 2012? Love the game and play it all the time but I do feel it looks a bit dated and was wondering if anyone could recommend one pack that contains it all?
