Issue with dashboard display on cars

All of a sudden the dashboard display on my cars (any car) is not showing gears, speed, lap time etc. Everything is missing. Only the rev lights work. Anybody got an idea on how to fix that?

Maybe the fonts went missing? A Steam File Integrity Check should help with that, at least for stock content.
