GT5 Known Issue About Update (1.03)

Nobody has posted this information here yet. So I thought it would be helpful to those who have / may come up against this issue when attempting to update GT6 to v1.03. ... you might need it!

(PD) have discovered an issue where some users may experience the following problem during the download of Update (1.03), released on 14 January.
