does anybody have infomation on this modem and how to connect to planet(kpn) i have it working and reconising each other (pc/router..modem but will not allow internet acess only local ive got 8/48 pppoa vc-mux ..iknow user name password are ok got from kpn help desk but thats it tried with cd instulation and manually still no joy coppied setting from old modem still no joy ...maybe im missing the obvious ...yer youse another modem .... havt to borrow neighbours to come online ...what a draggg ... looked all over web but nothing ...

I used to have one. What is the issue?

Have you done a master reset before trying to configure it?

Also, I found this user manual simply by googling it...
