Livery Tutorial for MAC

During the livery design contest, I tried my hand at designing liveries, and I failed miserably as I am new to Mac, and the tutorial video on you tube is for PC...

Does anyone know of a tutorial for Mac, have a guide for one, or would be willing to do a video showing how to make liveries - on a mac, of course?
