Logitech DFGT loose / wobbly wheel

Hi all,

My DFGT has developed a nasty wobble which seems to be getting worse - as if something on the steering column has broken. Does anyone know if it's easy to take apart and try to fix, or has anyone experienced this with Logitech wheels and found a solution?

EDIT: Jumped in and took it apart, the plastic housing has a crack in it, don't think that's fully responsible for all the play in the wheel, but it's not helping... oh well, might have to completely disassemble it and get the superglue out!
