Am I old if I watched a reel to reel 16mm of the GT40 first win at LeMans 12 months aftewards?

Edit: In fact I was taken as a very young boy by my second cousin who was a sports car racing wannabee.
He went on to race at Bathurst with a best result of P5 before retiring the car (Torana GTRXUI) on conrod straight with blown engine. He was Australian Sport car champion in a Lotus Elan, came 2nd in the Targa Tasmania twice, and drove for the Dodge team in a Viper at the Daytona 24 hrs and finally at the Big One Lemans in a Porsche GT2.
I reminded him in 2000 that 30 yerars earlier he had taken me to see the movie and that he had now done the race.
