F1 2013 lost saved game profile, need help

Hi I had a little accident,basically started the game and wasn't even looking and instead of loading I some how deleted my profile. I tried all tabbing and closing the game and steam before it cloud synced but its gone.

Just wondering if there is anyway to restore it, or find it hidden somewhere on the computer?

No way at all ...... Switch off Steam Cloud and make backups.
