F1 2011 Mechanical Failures

I had a fault with my DRS during Melbourne. Was wondering what other failures there are and what you have experienced. Also are there race ending failures, like blown engine, suspension, gearbox etc?

Had my first engine failure at India in a Lotus last night. Downshifted too many gears and it was all over from there.

Had a major, practice-ending crash at China that appeared to have effected my brakes during qualifying (areo issue?). Front brakes were overheating causing a massive shake. After moving on to the race there were no further issues - guess the engineers had time to repair everything.

Have had several punctures (off-track excursions seem to cause these) and lost DRS on several occasions but engineers were able reset it after 1-2 laps.
