Mini Setups?

Do setups make a difference to performance in the minis? I notice you can change very little in the setup screen, but online the other day I was 3 seconds a lap off the pace at interlagos in quali and I'm not a bad driver I don't think. It certainly felt like good laps.

Tyre pressures make a huge difference in lap times, as does wing setting.

I wonder why there could not be more changes in the setup. In the german MINI Challenge / MINI Trophy they have to use steplessly variable KW dampers and also special strut mounts that allow more variable camber and so on. Are the brazilian MINI Challenge cars using another suspension than the german ones?
