Missing/blank team icons..

Years ago I learned how to create missing team icons for teams/cars but cannot for the life of me remember how. I tried to copy from another team and rename them but they still show up as blank.. Does anyone even remember how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I figured it out.. It is described in the *.inccar file..
