Mixing Components

I just picked up a Thrustmaster T500 wheel and I'm looking to add an H-shifter. Does it also need to be Thrustmaster or can I go with another brand?

You can get one which is directly plug n play (usb)

Plenty of options in all price ranges

The Thrustmaster H-shifter is designed to be connected directly to USB anyway, btw, rather than into one of their wheelbases.

TH8A is okay-ish. But, if you can swallow it, get Fanatec SQ, much better.
