Mod showing cars around

Hi all

I wud like to know if there exists a mod or plugin that shows cars around when in traffic. Kind of little, simplistic graphics somewhere in the hid that shows user's car and other cars around.

EDIT: I think PLUGIN is better word for what im lookin for.
