I love mods when I play career mode, but sometimes I want to play online without mods. Is it possible to install 2 f1 directories to my ssd? one without mods for online, and one with mods for career?

Yes, it's possible, but needed to rename folders every time when you want to change option.

so you mean. if i wanted to play online, my main dir should be "F1 2019", while the modded dir should have a different folder name? and if i wanted to play with the modded, i should just change it back to "F1 2019", then the original folder should be renamed to different name?
