Is there a way to change sound of the engine e.g i'm driving with torro rosso and i want to sound it like ferrari engine. Is there any way to change it?

Open folder Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\audio\2019\bundles, find ferrari_2019.bdl and another sounds, copy ferrari_2019.bdl and rename to honda_2019.bdl with overwriting, and you will have TR & RB with Ferrari sound.
Same for multiplayer car(uses ferrari_2019 sound) and any engine sound swaps. You can use even files from Grid, Dirt series and old F1. For example: on video me in multiplayer with safety car sound from F1 2018.

I need to overwrite honda_2019.bdl to ferrari_2019.bdl or I need to overwrite ferrari_2019.bdl to honda_2019.bdl?
Overwrite file of needed sound, in your case honda_2019. It's logical.
Ok..it works but not all the way..cause the engine sound disappeared..i can only hear turbo, ers and wind whistle and no engine..i did like you said and this happend..any ideas what's wrong?
