modding track question

Hi, lately i've been modding some tracks and i wonder 2 questions.

1. Is it in any way possible to add some of 2014 tracks into f1 2012 game (for ex. austria or sochi)?
2. Is it possible to duplicate some circuit like for ex. in f1 2014 singapore?
