Added 2 AI fast_lane files...

The AI will bounce around a bit for a while on the opening lap, trying to stay away from each other... After this they should lap cleanly.

Note:
Due to limitations with camera splines not being linked to car speed, These are only setup to work with modern F1, GT3 and A4 class cars, each with their own camera set to control tracking speed....
