Motion blur in screenshots

Hi everyone! Is there any way to take screenshots with motion blur on the background from replays? I've tried the f5 camera with the car running or with the replay paused but there isn't any sort of mb. The only way i can get it is by taking the screenshot while playing but you know, it's quite hard to get it right. Does anyone know how to solve this?
