Moved AC to a larger drive

I moved AC to a larger drive, and I found out that now have 2 versions of AC, one is the clean standard version, another version is a version with all my installed mods and app.

As I had some problems with offline racing I go back to standard version, and my question is when I install my mods, should I 1. Install mods with zipped file through CM, or copy/paste mods from old installation.
