This has already been answered a couple times (like on the previous page lol...)
Try using the database I made for Mr Pibb's 2013 mod which I've included in my Ai mod here:

why there are only 8 cars in the final qualy? and how i can change this?

Hello, sascha!
I am sorry, but you can't do this. As I stated before, this year we have only 22 drivers, instead of 24, like in 2012 ( HRT isn't in F1 anymore ), but we can't change the number of drivers that go to the next qualifying round. After the first round, 7 drivers go out, and after the second one, another 7 drivers go out. 22-7 = 15, and 15-7 = 8.

This is because there are 22 drivers instead of 24, after HRT's removal.

So now it 22-15-8 drivers for Q1-Q2-Q3.....

Nobody has been able to find out how to change that, maybe it isn't possible.

well i copyed the files to the game folder, but the game wont start up again? what to do?

I had some issues initially with this mod. It delayed the start of my game massively. It disappeared with a reboot for some unknown reason. Might be worth a try.

I highly recommend you use the database I created for this mod, I haven't heard of any crashing issues with it. As well, if you use Mr. Pibb's database, you'll see drivers performing vastly different than they are in real life since he only did graphical changes (which he stated in the description).

I saw, along this topic that the safety car mod is compatible with Mr Pibbs mod but only by copying the track folder, is it true or did i made a dream about that?

Yes, it is true. You should only copy the track folder from the Safety Car Mod.
