I do not see anything else in the "contents " of the .rar folder other than the "gui" folder (and its contents)

Well that's strange, I just downloaded it again to check and I've got the icons in the content/gui/icons folder in the .rar... maybe try to re-download it? (sorry for the late reply)

Well that's just as strange. You should have an "apps" and a "content" folder at the root of the .rar file. Did you try to redownload it? Is it 106kB?

OK I now see everything in both "apps" and "content" folders I will install when I get home

Yup that was it. It was the "PeaZip" software not showing it all. Strange!! anyway got sorted.

One question or suggestions:
while I like to have the Median as point of reference (because with best all other laps are red) it would be nice if the first lap could be excluded for the calculation of the median.
no big issue if you run long races, but for shorter ones it makes a difference.
