My camera mod

I modified the cameras for my own purposes and decided to share in case anyone likes them.
The changes include:
Positioning of cockpit and T-cam and their rear views
FOV 70
reduced cornering and bumpiness forces
all 3 enabled in spectator mode
additional overhead angle for spectator mode (instead of the rear tyre view).

I did it for myself, so if you think it's crap and want to let me know your feelings - don't bother, I don't care.
