My car doesn't reflect on the track when it's raining

As you can see in the picture, the objects on the track are well reflective, but only my car is not reflective.
If you know a solution please let me know
My friend tells me to turn the blur off, but I don't even know where the blur is

I believe you'll find the Motion Blur in ExtraFX, where you will also find SSLR which needs to be enabled.

my SSLR setting is already enabled..
csp ver 1.75 and sol ver 2.2

Disable Blur in video settings and enable SSLR in ExtraFX.
