My car wont start. Please help - I built the car and cannot for the life of me figure out why it wont start.

If you are good at determining problems it would be great if you would help me. The car won't start and I cannot figure out why. If you fix it please message me.

Fixed it, Batteries were no good and the Rocker Shaft was bent, I also replaced the carb and starter and reset the Timing just in case, it needs a tune but it's Running now. Ps any money I spent I Recovered + some
(check the Fluids but should be Good) and here you go -->
